Our Mission

GenAI Logic was built using open-source standards like ApiLogicServer, Logic Bank (rules engine), SQLAlchemy, Flask, JSON API. We introduced ChatGPT to help end-users quickly see the power of natural language rules without having to learn code. GenAI Logic believes that 'human in the loop' will be the key to empower citizen developers to create API Microservice applications. Our mission is to fundamentally change the way API Microservices are designed, modified, tested, delivered, documented, and supported.

Val Huber - Founder

I am Val Huber. I have been deeply engaged with App Dev for many decades.

I led the design and implementation of PACE, Wang's highly regarded DBMS with over 6500 installed sites. It provided a relational query engine with rule enforcement, an application builder, and a query/report writer. I was awarded several patents for rules and application generation.

I was a technical co-founder and CTO of Versata, a J2EE app dev system with over 700 sites. Funded by the founders of Microsoft, SAP, Ingres and Informix, it went public in 2000 with an IPO exceeding $3B.

I co-founded Espresso Logic with Max Tardiveau, where we created a rule-based API Server. It was acquired by CA (now Broadcom) where the product became Live API Creator (LAC).

Tyler M. Band - Co-Founder

I am Tyler Band , I joined Val at Sybase in 1991 to build Enterprise Momentum, then followed him to Versata in 1995. We took Versata public in 2000. In 2002, I started a consulting company focused on building declarative logic solutions for companies like Wyndham, Hilton, FedEx. I rejoined the team in 2015 to build Espresso Logic, which was acquired by CA Technologies (later bought by Broadcom). I am passionate about solving business problems using full stack tools and using GenAI to accelerate development and testing.

Thomas Pollet - Co-Founder

Developer and Security Engineer. Author and designer of the 'safrs' framework (SQLAchemy, Flask) driving the OpenAPI (swagger) framework. He is also the key force behind the design and development of the WebGenAI user interface, logic management, dockerization, and client consulting services.
